On May 16th, 2011 Chef Casey Lane and some of his cooks from the Tasting Kitchen restaurant in Venice, CA prepared a delicious meal for some lucky guests at the James Beard Foundation in New York City. The night was sponsored by GQ magazine and Patron tequila. The Tasting Kitchen hired me to document the event.
